There's lots of potential for this software to be great. Out of all the ones I have demoed, this one is built the same way I envisioned building my own, with some things that are missing.

Files
- Allow Folders in File Area to collapse and expand.

Meeting Agendas
- Have a saving function for the agendas, so that they can be used as a starting point for the next meeting.
- Allow for minutes to be entered under each agenda item.
- Allow for tasks to be created under agenda items.
- Allow for motions and votes to be taken if motion is made on an agenda item.
- Better formatting on the agenda printable version.

Committees
- Have separate Committee sections with own message board for collaboration.
