This "feature" is either broken or extremely confusing. I just tried to create a new discussion and tried to restrict it to one committee however the "Full Board" checkbox is always selected. This doesn't make any sense. The entire point of restricting a discussion to a committee is such that the Full Board can NOT see the discussion and that only committee members can see the discussion - why would the Full Board always be selected? Again, this might only be UI issue but as it stands right now the Committee Permission section appears to provide no permission management at all since every user is selected by default and can't be unselected.
