Filter the discussion board based on committee assignment but allow for an "all discussion" option
Members are busy. Their focus is on their committee responsibilities and as such they need this to be the first point of focus. Current discussion board lists all and with an active board and committee system the shear volume of discussion will be overwhelming. The default filter should be their committee assignments. There should then be the ability to select non-default committees from a drop down list, This of course would allow for an "All Discussion" option.
